lenovo y50 with geforce gtx 860m gpu not working

Should I roll back to a previous driver, or do something else, I am getting frustrated. Also in the Nvidia control panel I can't see the preview/ spinning Nvidia logo.

Before the reset all of those features worked using the Nvidia driver 358.50, but now they don't. I have experienced this issue before and as a last resort I reset my laptop and reinstalled Windows 10 last week. The biggest issue is that Ge-Force Experience is telling me that I can't use Game Stream, Battery Boost, or Shadow Play, which doesn't make sense because I have a 800M series GPU in the system but Ge-Force Experience doesn't see it for some reason. I am running the most recent driver as of posting, Version 358.50.

However when I restarted the system on this last crash Ge-Force Experience is not working. This isn't the first time I have seen my laptop crash due to a graphic driver issue, but usually when I restart the computer everything works fine. While Playing Need For Speed Hot Pursuit the game crashed, I then got an error code from the action center saying that a video driver error occurred and my Laptop blue screened giving me the error code video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error.

I have a Lenovo Y50 with a i7 4700HQ, Nvidia Ge-Force GTX 860M wiht 2GB of Video Memory, 16 GB of Ram, and a Samnsung 850 Evo, runing Windows 10 Home.
